How do I register?
Please click here which will redirect you to the registration form. Please note that you may have to upload proof of your professional qualification/s. Once that has been completed it will be sent for approval through to our team and then your account will be ready for you to proceed with your purchase.
What are the entry requirements for registration?
You must be a trained professional / Doctor. We require you to have at least a minimum Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent in order to use all Sterile cosmetic products which is the Cytocare C-Line products (found here) in order to use the Medical device products (found here) as indented by the manufacture guidelines you need to be trained medical profesional in injectable mesotherapy/bio revitalisation.
Can I register if I am not a trained professional?

Unfortunately, not - you must be a trained professional / Doctor.
We require you to have at least a minimum Level 3 in Beauty or equivalent in order to use the C Line products as indented by the manufacture. You need to be a medical professional to use the Medical Devices as injectables/Mesotherapy.

How long is shipping/orders?
Dependent upon stock availability, between 1-2 business days you shall receive your purchased products.
Do you ship worldwide?
We do not ship internationally as we are REVITACARE UK, we distribute only within The United Kingdom. If you are from outside the United Kingdom please refer to www.revitacare.net. They will guide you to the best appropriate distributor in your region.
How do I order?
Once you are fully registered, you will receive an email whereby you can log in and make your purchases.
Is REVITACARE safe and insured in the UK market?
Yes. All REVITACARE products available on this website are safe, CE marked, fully insured and registered to use in the UK.
How can I check for authenticity?

On the back of each product purchased there will be a label that you can scratch to discover the QR code. You may then scan the QR code with your mobile phone. If unable to scan the QR code with your mobile phone, you can enter the information on your computer. (IFU inside the box) and then discover if your device is authenticated. Please note that you may only scan the QR code with your mobile phone once.
